[HCDX] RSI English service last transmission on 31st July, 2008

Responding to my reception report Karamjit Kaur, Sr Station
Administrative Executive at RSI English Service informed that Radio
Singapore International will cease transmission from end July 2008,
they are in the midst of winding down with  last broadcast on 31st
July 2008.
