[HCDX] log - Much to do about nothing

United States, 6100, WHRI, 0856-0910+ Been hovering around 6100 KHz for about 15 minutes waiting for WHRI to come up. Only noted interference on the freq that sounds like jammer of some kind. However, at 0856 WHRI comes on the air fading in over the jammer briefly and fading out. At 0900 full ID in English as usual. The 
interference and WHRI continue to trade punches so to speak, each dominating
for a moment and then dropping back down. Since previous days, the music was generally sung with Cuba as its' subject, I am wondering if the jammer is being directed 
from Cuba to blank out WHRI?   By 0905, WHRI is almost completely blocked.
