[HCDX] voa on old kaij freq.

Hey All, I`ve heard voa a couple of times on 9.481.07 kc. This is real close to the old kaij freq. Heard the mlast night in fact at 04:29 utc. They signed on with yanky dodl dandy then voa id. They then started their day with what sounded like some form of spanish.
