Gabon, 4778, RTV Gabonaise, 0546-0600  Noted Hilife music with a female 
breaking
in to coments in French every once in awhile.  AT 0955 after more comments 
be a number
of individuals, a single female comments in length.  Signal was fair.

Rwanda, 6054.50, Radio Rwanda, 0600-0615,  Heard various persons in French 
Language
comments, probably news.  Signal was fair to poor.  (Chuck Bolland, March 3,

Nigeria, 4770, Radio Nigeria, 0615-0630  Noted persons in local language 
comments.  Did
not sound like English.  However, with the noise and weak signal, it was 
difficult to pick out

Chad, 4905, Radf. Nat'e Tchadienne, 0625-0640  Noted a male in French 
language comments until about 0632 at which time Hilife music presented for 
a couple of minutes.
After the music, the male continues in comments.  Signal kept getting 
blasted with QRN,
but in between it was fair.  (Chuck Bolland, March 3, 2008)

Note:  Sat on 5985 until 0657 UTC and didn't hear the Congo.
