           from Radio Bulgaria Special Event station 
           commemorating 50 years of their DX 
           program. Card pictures Radio Bulgaria 
           staff on inside and photo of Radio 
           the statuion's rotatable antenna array on 
           the back.  Received in 18 days for an 
           e-mail report to R. Bulgaria's DX Editor 
           Dimiter Petrov/ LZ1AF.  (JDS-AL, USA)

MEDIUM WAVE:

U.S.A.:  WWWT-1500, Washington DC.  Full data QSL 
         sheet w/ color photo of WTOP studio 
         building, plus a coverage map, in 102 
         days.  V/s:  Dave Kolesar - Broadcast 
         Engineer.  (JDS-AL, USA)
