Botswana, 4930, Voice of America, 0430-0445  Noted their English Broadcast 
here with
news about Hillary winning in WVA and other items.  Signal was poor to fair.

Sao Tome, 4960, Voice of America, 0435-0450  Same program/Broadcast as heard 
on 4930 KHz but weaker.  Noted English Language news and features.  (Chuck

Costa Rica, 3350, Radio Exterior Espana, 0443-0500  With a program of 
Spanish Language news both local and international.  Signal was good with no 
fading noted.

Swaziland, 4774.94, Trans World Radio, 0448-0500  Noted two males in English 
Language
comments.  Could not pull out the details due to a weak signal and some QRM. 
At 0452,

Conditions on 3 and 4 MHz seemed a little better this early AM.  The noise 
was less
violent with not as much ear-aching  type crashes   Also, CODAR was weak to 
a point
that it seemed it hadn't faded in yet from wherever it originates?   The 
noise (QRN)
reduction may be due to the dry air over Florida at this time?
