[HCDX] Glenn Hauser logs April 16-17

Re...........CRI relay on 9570, partially missing April 16, was totally
missing April 17 at 1246 in Chinese, and after 1300 in English. This
transmitter has been ailing for a long time. Wonder if any other CRI relays
or even RHC frequencies are missing in other dayparts?

I think it was Friday the 18th that RHC was not audible in English on 6000
up to it's normal sign off of 0700. (Sometimes it carries on with something
else after the hour). It was on air on the 19th with a good signal, but
parallel 6060, although strong, had a very loud rasping buzz in the audio,
so could need attention pretty soon.
