[HCDX] LRA36 Update

My last report for LRA36 Radio Nacional should have mentioned the frequency, that being 15476 kHz.  Heard best between 2030 and 2100.  No multi language ID at 2030 though nor even at 2000.  Music and announcements continued to s/off at 2100 UTC without any formal s/off announcement.  Nice readable signal if not for the lightning crashes. May 21/07
