[HCDX] MW QSLs in from Japan, USA, China and Cyprus
A few QSLs have managed to trickle in over the past couple of weeks:
Voice of Russia via Yunnan, China 1269 kHz. Full data VOR QSL card for nrp, Voice of Russia, 25, ul. Pyatnitskaya, Moscow 113326
Voice of America via Cyprus 990 kHz. Full data VOA QSL card and usual bits and pieces from a follow up report from reception in early 2005. Report sent to Independence Ave address, VOA have been great verifiers from this address over the past 5 months
JOKB Okayama 1386 kHz. Full data verification letter, v/s Akira Yamane, NHK Okayama Station, 15-1 ekimotomachi, Okayama-City 700-8621
JOYF Mito 1197 kHz. Full data QSL card and letter, v/s Fujio Ozawa, IBS Ibaraki Hoso 2084-2 Senbatyou, Mitoshi Ibarakiken 310-8505
KQKE San Francisco, CA 960 kHz. Full data verification letter and sticker from the promotions director who said “And just for the record, I don’t think you’re nuts – I just think you have bizarre taste in hobbies. But it sounds like a fun one. Glad you found us!”, v/s Susan Wells, Promotions Director, 960 The Quake/KQKE-AM, 340 Townsend Street, San Francisco CA 94107
