[HCDX] ADMIN: the list has moved

FYI:

The Hard-Core-DX list has moved to a new server. Some administrative 
URLs... things like signups/subscription changes etc have changed but 
everything else should be transparent. Old URLs will work, too, and 
browsers will be redirected to a new server. The change should improve 
the email delivery dramatically!
