[HCDX] Africa

Chad, 6165, Radiodif Nationale, 2105-2130  Just setting on 6165 listening to noise when out of the "Blue" I hear African Hilife music.  Following the music, a man in French Comments comes on air.  He comments for a few minutes until more Hilife is presented.  Signal was fair.  (Chuck Bolland, November 6, 2006)
