[HCDX] 6985 kHz : KOL ISRAEL

Hi,

just now, next to the 6973 kHz channel from Galei Zahal I heard just now
a transmission from teh foreign service KOL ISRAEL on 6985 kHz. Much stronger
as 6973 kHz. At 1810 UTC a french, followed at 1815 UTC by a spanish and 1830
by an english programme.

Not listed? New frequency ?

It's not usual for KOL to use frequencies outside the BC bands?

What is the chance to get a QSL from them? Any working email-address to send
the report to the "right" person ??
