AFN has been doing some strange things lately on SW; as I have reported, the
Oldies music stream has shown up at times instead of the main voice channel.
Looking at myafn, http://myafn.dodmedia.osd.mil/index.asp I don`t see anything
in Spanish, however. You are correct about the frequency matching with Guam,
but we also found that ID as Radio Rivadavia from one report. Quite a
coincidence if we have military program USB feeds from two different countries
