[HCDX] Couple onl moonlite night

India, 5010, All India Radio, 0030-0045  Noted a woman in Hindu language comments until 0035.  At that time a man talks in English for 5 minutes with mentions of "India" often.
At 0040, as second man talks in Hindu again.  Signal was fair during period.  (Chuck Bolland, October 7, 2006)

Peru, 5486.68, La Riena De La Selva, 0046-0105, (Pres) Tough to copy this.  Program consisted of music and Spanish comments.  Noted a man in Spanish comments between musical selections.  On the hour (0100), a brief segment of news.until 0103, then back to music.  Signal was poor.  (Chuck Bolland, October 7, 2006)
