[HCDX] Zamaneh, Chaski, Central, Polonia

CLANDESTINE (RUSSIA)   6245  R. Zamaneh  2057 tlk by W in pres. Farsi 
w/ments of Iran, Saddam, and IDs.  Audio cut at end of sentence and then 
signal gone at 2101*.  Very strong and clear.  S/off varies quite a bit 
sometimes going past 2200.  When its on late, there is a nice canned ID (in 
unison by group of people) along w/synth Rock mx always at 2144 
UTC.  (Valko 29 Sept.)

ECUADOR   4909.21  R. Chaskis  0926 on w/long live concert of modern rel. 
mx, 0932 M w/accurate TC, long tlk including ment of SW freq, Otavalo, 
Amazonas, Ecuador.  -0940 brief mx and short canned anmnt, and cont. tlk by 
live M.  TC, ments of Ecuador, buenos dias, then into more live rel. mx 
0942.  0949 canned anmnt by M, and live M returned w/TC, date, tlk w/ment 
of Amazonas, "programa", Ecuador, etc.  0951 more mx.  Fading and never did 
hear an ID.  Decent strength but modulation a bit low.  Freq seemed to 
drift upward a tad also.  (Valko 30 Sept.)

PAPUA NEW GUINEA   3290  R. Central  1100 end of tlk by M and brief anmnt 
by W.  ID and TC by M " ?? R. Central ??, the time is 9 o'clock", then 
usual NBC native mx signature and into NBC EG nx by M.  Ended nx w/NBC nx 
ID and TC.  1104 island mx ad w/M at end.  1105 lively island mx.  1110 
deep-voiced M w/song anmnt.  More of the same mx pgm past 1140.  Good 
signal when peaking around 1105 and best PNG on the band.  (Valko 30 Sept.)

POLAND   9525  R. Polonia  1158-1200 usual IS and IDs by M, 1200-1204 EG nx 
by W, then into "Newsline" pgm.  Strong but still distorted 'rumbling' 
signal, and slightly weak modulation.  (Valko 30 Sept.)
