Guyana, 3291.17, Voice of Guyana, 0850-0900 Recorded promo for "Special
program" for the month of Rmadan.  ID as both the "National Communications
Network" and "The Voice of Guyana" during live English comments at 0856.
"This is the Voice of Guyana ...".  In between, EZL music on the "Early Bird
Show".  Signal was fair with fades.  (Chuck Bolland, September 21, 2006)

Mexico, 6010, Radio Mil, 0840-0845  Noted a canned ID at tune in as, "Viva
Mexico y Radio Mil ..."  This was followed with live Sp comments between a
