3240, SWAZILAND, TWR, 0341-0345*, Sept 12,
Vernacular/English, OM in language w/ religous talk,
choral music bit. OM in EG w/ ID and IS at s/off.

3976, INDONESIA, (P)RRI Pontianak, 1025-1029+, Sept
11, Indo, YL and OM w/ talk, music at 1029 then wiped
out by ham operator s/on in LSB. Too bad! Poor/fair.

4799.9, GUATEMALA, R.Buenas Nuevas, 0358-0406*, Sept
12, Spanish, OM w/ talk over music, promo and nice ID
announcement at 0404. Music until cut-off at 0406.

4845.5, BRASIL, (P)R.Cultura Manaus, 0135-0203*,
Sept.12, Portuguese, I think my tentative
R.Norteno-Bolivia, as earlier reported, is in fact
R.Cultura Manaus, Brasil. Nice signal w/ same format
of ballads until 0155 then announcer w/ s/off
announcements tho this time "Radio ???-Brasil" noted
followed by musical bit and NA at s/off. Couldn't
fully make out what came after radio; if it was indeed
"Cultura Manaus" it was pronounced as one word.

4990.6, SURINAME, (P)R.Apintie, 2308-2334, Sept 11,
Dutch, Been getting audio here the past week or so.
Best so far with lengthy talk by OM thru BoH w/
presumed news. Poor tho gradually gaining in strength
by 2330. (Barbour-NH)

5005, EQ.GUINEA-BATA, R.Nacional, 2258-2300*, Sept 11,
Just caught the tail of NA while doing a band scan.
Fair. (Barbour-NH)

5019.8, SOLOMON ISLANDS, (P)SIBC, 1054-1102+, Sept 12,
Vernacular-?, Ballads and announcer poking through the
static. Organ-like music tones at 1100 followed by
talk. Poor, noisy-not a lot to work with.
Surprisingly, 5025-Cuba wasn't spilling over for once.

6055, RWANDA, (P)R.Rwanda, 2025-2100, Sept 12, French,
Continuous talk by OM; joined by another at 2050 at
which point language was IDable. Wiped out by R.Japan
via U.K. at 2100. Poor/noisy, not much to work with.
Will continue to watch this one as the days grow
shorter here. (Barbour-NH)

7295, MALAYSIA, Traxx FM, 1048-1100+, Sept 11,
English, Phone banter b/w DJ and callers re "What do
you think?" (About what, I don't know) b/w pop
ballads. ID in passing at 1050. Pips at 1100 followed
by presumed news. Poor/fair at best. (Barbour-NH)

9485, "KOREA(DPR)",Shiokaze via Taiwan, 1303-1317,
Sept 12, English, Contact info at t/in, OM w/ re
N.Korean nukes and other news reports. ID at 1316
followed by "Special Message.." though signal rapidly
deteriorating at this time. Fair/poor. (Barbour-NH)

9745, TAIWAN, (P)VO Han, 1105-1127, Sept 11, Mandarin,
YL talks w/ musical bits and ballads, joined by OM at
1120. Fair at t/in, slipping under static by t/out.
