[HCDX] Brazil and India

BRAZIL: UNID, porpably Radio Alvorada, on 4865 kHz, August 23, 2006 at 0300- 
UTC. Light "local" music, a very weak signal, though, SIO=131 to 231. Also 
other very obvious Brazilian carriers with *almost* some audio detected on 
60 metre band.

INDIA: AIR Delhi on 4860 kHz, August 22, 2006 at 1830- UTC. Created a nice 
mood to read old issues of SW-Bulletin listening to this urdu service with 
lots of music. SIO=343 to 444.
