Sorry, but in the audio there is not any mention to a radio station nor ID 
but a commercial advertisement. The shop (could not understand its name) 
apparently now has new continuous schedule ("nuestro nuevo horario") for 
better serving their customers.

The accent corresponds to the Caribbean area, could be from Venezuela, 
Panama or Puerto Rico, I think certainly not Colombia.
