Music Broadcast Private Limited, which runs Radio City
FM stations, has bagged licences to operate FM radio
stations in 16 cities.

"All the stations would be commissioned by March
next," Apruva Purohit, CEO of Radio City, said after
launching the transmission of Radio City in Chennai
today.

With the central government planning a big expansion
of FM network, the scope for growth was very large,
she said.

Radio City would start broadcast in Jaipur in a
fortnight and in Coimbatore before March 2007, Purohit
added.
