Bolivia, 5952.43, Emisoras Pio XII, 0120-0130  Noted a 
man in Spanish comments during the period.  No details 
heard due to heavy splatter from all around. However, 
heard Ads or promos at 0130.   Consequently, logged for 
continuity only.  Signal was poor.  (Chuck Bolland,
