[HCDX] Sporadic-E skip: QC -> MN -> Mexico?

96.3 FM is LOCAL-like with hip-hop and R&B from the Twin Cities !!!!!!!!!!!
MANY locals are JAMMED, 90.3 from the Mc Gill University is fighting with another talker. 99.1 from St.-Gabriel de Brandon is COMPLETLY COVERED by "Today's Best Music, Zed 99.3"

Spanish religion on 104.5, but didn't stay with it - some of you may know why. But, I'm gonna tape it anyway in order to log Mexico via double-hop sporadic-E, in the case it's them. I presume parts of Mexico are within single sporadic-E hop distance out of Minnesotta.
