[HCDX] Attention Dx in Finland: UKN Station in Finnish language?

   Dear friends:


   I  have been listening a UKN radio station on 11995 khz at 04.30 UTC I
   presume in Finnish language.

   Ide something like Radio Sail as it sounds in my mother tongue Spanish.

   I  could note some words like Suomi, they were talking about Nokia, as
   everybody knows Nokia is a mobile Finnish company.

   Can you give me information about this station?
