(pres)0857-0900  Just caught a couple of minutes of 
their broadcast.  Noted  several persons in Russian 
comments until just before 0900.  The signal was fair.

Bolivia, 4900.26, Radio San Miguel, (pres) 1015-1032 
Various persons in Spanish comments during period. 
Sounded like
a morning news program judging from the format.  Signal 
was always poor until later when it actually faded out.
