[HCDX] AIR in the 90 mb

There are still three All India Radio stations in the 90 mb: 3223 kHz Shimla, 3315 kHz Bhopal and 3365 kHz Delhi. Yesterday Bhopal and Delhi were about closing time after 1730 UTC. Maybe Shimla had gone off the air a bit earlier. Where is my favorit Gangtok, the Himalayas, Sikkim 3390 kHz these days?! Really feel confused on new AIR frequency plan.
