Re: [HCDX] Radio Insurgente
This report via DXLD 6-057 on 6000.3 did not suggest RI was transmitted from
Cuba, but it was unclear whether he really heard RI, or RHC, since the program
content pertained to both Mexico and Cuba. And the reporter did not give his
own location either (Glenn Hauser, DX LISTENING DIGEST)
