0633 on 17660. Fair signal, but improving all the time.
Program was "Learning Village" in English. Lesson for
schoolchildren with numerous "Teacher, ask your pupils to...".
0659 ID "You've been listening to the Learning Village
brought to you by southern Sudan Interactive Radio
Instruction...". Off at 0700.
