[HCDX] UNID Russian Station

Can anyone help me ID the following station?  Heard on
7410 kHz Sunday March 12, starting at 1155 UTC.  

Upon tune-in, programming was in Chinese.  At 1200 the
language switched to Russian, and I heard an ID which
sounded like "Govorit Radio Italia".  However, I don't
have a listing for Italy being on this frequency. 
Still going strong at 1230 tune-out.
