selections. Able to make out a TC at 1222 and a few
words regarding station programs . Poor/weak listening

English, Classical music at t/in, VOG ID at 0934 then
"Answers to Lifes Questions" devotional prg. Good!

funk-like music thru t/out. Weak but in the clear.

Music at t/in, ID at 1001 then YL talks, back to mx at

4845, BRAZIL, UNIDENTIFIED, 1005-1035, Jan.23,
Portuguese, Talks with 2 OM b/w up-tempo mx and
ballads. Several mentions of "...programa Amazonas.."
with a canned ID announcement at 1030. All I could
copy was "onda corta..4845 kHz..Brasil". Fair w/
occasional ute QRM. WRTH '06 has two Brasilians,
R.Cultura and R.Ternura FM relay, at this time.

w/ talks over music, up-tempo vocal selections.
Drums/fanfare w/ ID at 2059 followed by call-in

music and FR raps w/ announcer b/w selections. Poor,
battling w/ co-channel Croatia which won out by 2130.

Jan.22, Indo-?/English, Odd format w/ ID annmt at t/in
with Indo talks re Malaysia and Pakistan over music,
interspersed with EG soundbites by GW Bush re War on
Terror and Operation Desert Shield. EG raps at 2226.
ID at 2228 w/ mention of Indonesia. Wiped out at 2229

English/Lithuanian, IS loop w/ "This is Radio Vilnius
from Lithuania" in EG. Listed Lithuanian at 2300 w/

English, "Chatback" prg. w/ religous pop mx, brief

e-mail address'. Fair at t/in but deteriorating

Vernacular, YL w/ interviews of various OMs b/w mx

QSLs [and non's]
INDONESIA, QSL[non], tri-folding combo, Merry
Christmas/New Years/freqeuncy schedule/Asia and Europe
coverage map card mailed in a nice VOI envelope w/
Indo stamps. Presumably for one of many reports of
9525 sent in the past. Did receive a n/d VOI e-mail
reply last summer. Eventually I'll get the QSL..I

LATVIA, 9290, R.Six Int'l, f/d card w/ site and info
sheet in 20 days for 1 IRC. Report sent to the
stations Scotland address. V/S, Tony Currie-Program

USA, QSL[non], unsolicited "Homeland Security" wanted
poster for Commander Bunny offering $500K reward.
Google search of contact number says it Jay
Smilksteins. Postmarked in Cleveland, OH. If I could
only get the stations I DO hear to answer my
