Vietnam, 6165, Voice of Vietnam, 1055-1230  Setting on 
6165 waiting for the New Bolivian, but the VOV rather 
strong here and at 1100 Radio Nederland checks in.  The 
Voice of Vietnam continues with music and Vietnamese 
comments from a woman. Signal was fair when RN and AIR
