[HCDX] 8th Russian Open DX Contest



Hi,

All DXers of the world are invited to participate in the 8th Russian Open DX
Contest, managed this year by me, Dmitry Mezin. Contest dates are 3-13 March
2006.

Short description follows:

Part 1. Listening to ex-USSR states, as well as to limited number of
stations from aroung the world
Part 2. Listening to Russian broadcasting outlets: both original stations
and foreign relays via Russia
Part 3. Quiz of 20 radio-related questions.
