[HCDX] Jamming of Radio Replublica 6010

The jamming free period since Radio Republica switched from 5965 to 6010 
would seem to be over.

The jamming on 5965 continues even though only Radio Habana Cuba remains, 
and at 0110Z I don't see anything else on the channel to jam.

Here in southeast Florida the bubbles are easily outdone by R.Rep., but RHC 
doesn't do so well against its own friendly-fire.
