[HCDX] Unident

Unident(India?), 4980, 0015-0030 Noted a woman in steady
comments followed by a man talking.  Language sounded middle
Eastern, probably Hindi or some form of it?  The WRTH says
India isn't on this freq, while the PPWBR says it
is?  At the half hour a man in long comments, probably news.
Signal was poor to threshold.  (Chuck Bolland, December 11,
