[HCDX] Monitoring in JAPAN
RUSSIA
According to monitoring in Oct/Nov, Radio Sakhalin (GTRK-Sakhalin)
on 279kHz is carring own local px as;
(Su-Th) 2110-2200
(Mo-Fr) 0000-0010
(Mo-Fr) 0800-0810
(Sa,Su) 0010-0100
Irregularly Korean px was heard on 0810-0900.

VIETNAM
In recently few weeks, Dien Bien B.S. was not monitored on 6378 or
6442kHz, but I found it on NF of 6317kHz. Sked is not changed.
