[HCDX] LBI DXpedition interim report

The evening started out slow with mostly latitude low band stations 
being heard. Even NRK 1314 and Croatia 1134 were unheard.  Audio was 
heard on most of the usual northern African channel.  Maurtaina 783 
was arm chair copy at times. Some of the lower UK channels 693, 909, 
etc started to become active later

After 0000z the upper end of the band started to open up, but still 
mostly low latitude.  by 0100z the MUF started to rise with stations 
like 1575 Radio Farda starting to come.
