1413 2330 S/ON of China Radio Int. weak /fair with a very distorted
"The East Is Red" IS, then a long classical music piece.
According to the excellent Euro-Africa MW Guide by Dxer Herman Boel this
frequency is regularly used by the VOR relay in Grigoriopol, MDA
till 2100 UTC.
