RUSSIA 9445 UNID, at 0040-0103 UT on Sep 26, Vernacular, OM w/ lenghty
talks, "Amen" at 0055 UT. Fanfare/caliope-like mx and YL w/ contact info
"POB 588.." and what sounded like "Huayani" URL mentioned radiozz.org (at
least it sounded like "zz"). OM at 0059 thru t/out. PPWBR lists TWR via
Uzbekistan but I cant find a listing anywhere else for this time. Good
