[HCDX] Voice of Russia
Russia, 12015, Voice of Russia, Armavir, 1320-1400 Tune in here to wait for
MRT, but instead heard VOR in Dari transmission with news and freatures.
Some mentions of "Moscow" during comments. Middle Eastern music presented.
Also, heard parallel program on 15510 KHz which was good from Samara.
Signal on 12015 was fair and had a utility signal on it. Theme at end of
