   signal. Nothing mentioned about this on www.drm.org schedule. Can't
   think of anything else but Vatican (mistakenly?) using 1530 kHz
   instead of the more convenient (and listed) out-of-band frequency of
   1611 kHz. Ritola, FIN

   Africa

   6940 Sep 17 0315-0400 Ethiopia: Radio Fana. Very noisy. Much QRM and
   QRN from static and an RTTY station. Had to use LSB to hear them. The
   announcements were almost unintelligible, but the the music came
   through fairly well. Nick
