[HCDX] AM report 2 from the Philippines

Hi Geir

Some interesting logs there. You might like to check out our latest dx trip
in Australia where we heard many Philippine stations.

Do you report any of these? If so do you have a standard Tagalog report form
or has anyone seen a reception report guide for Philippine stations.

Doing reports in English seem to have minimal results.
