[HCDX] Ethiopia
Ethiopia, 7110, Radio Ethiopia, 0259-0315 Noted brief chimes prior to 0300,
then on the hour man in comments until 0304. At that time a program of
music and comments followed. Couldn't ident the language, but a source has
labelled it as vernacular. Signal was poor the entire period with splatter.
I checked the alternate freq of 9505, but it was nil heard as far as
