[HCDX] 860 kHz XHCHE, Chetumal FM

Hi all.

In the midst of some experimenting with my receiver I was able to match this one on Jul.02 at 0727-0745 UTC with very good signal and audio quality. I have an WRTHâ04 which lists this station as XHCTL Radio Chetumal.

 

Does anybody know, if this is the same station? Could I use the same address listed in WRTHâ04 to send my report to them?  The station identified as Chetumal FM 100.9. Could it be a MW relay of the FM station?
