talk by man, then a woman phone-in with an Asuncion mention; best copy 
in 1.8 kHz filter upper sideband which rendered Nanduti's audio clearer

1039.6 | VENEZUELA | La Voz de Carabobo, YVLB, Valencia, JUN 2 0109 - 
festive music & obnoxious het against Brazil-1040; poor.

reverberated Portuguese talk by man; in jumble, occasionally over it.
