[HCDX] R. Estambul 4498.12 kHz: telephone number

I have talked by telephone to the owner of
4498.12 kHzRadio Estambul: "Radiocomunicaciones
Yamal". A nice conversation with a woman - she
told me they soon will be transmitting also on FM
and mediumwave. She also told me that they have
received many receorion reports  from other
countries.
