Brazil, 6160, Radio Rio Mar (pres) 1002-1020  Noted a man in Portuguese
comments on
reverb.  It was difficult to hold on to this since he kept fading in and
out.  Caught him on parallel
frequency of 9695 KHz with just about the same problem of fade out. Never
noticed this
Brazil before on 6160, but I can't be positive since I don't report many
