[HCDX] Radio Tatras International

Radio Tatras International 9290 kHz.  I have been listening to this station IDing as "RTI" for over an hour (2000-2115) just barely over the threshold.  Pop tunes and talk with British accented male announcer.  Bursts of what could be "digital" hash at times.
