[HCDX] 18102.5 khz

This list seems to have a large subscriber list so what the hey. I am
transmitting 32 tone MFSK 1000 hz bandwidth Olivia at 2232Z. I am
located in Northern California. MFSK, for those who don't know means
multi frequency shift keying. The band is very noisey at the moment,
which could mean could propagation, then again not.
