[HCDX] AFRTS 7811 kHz USB

January 26 new frequency 7811 kHz USB as earlier reported for AFRTS was heard with weak signal at 0730 UTC. Makes me wonder where was Grindavik, Iceland at the very same time? No signal what so ever on 9980 kHz USB. Is 7811 kHz USB Key West, FL as earlier reported or replacing Grindavik?
