[HCDX] RCI vs BBC
I noticed a broadcast scheduling conflict this New Years morning between RCI
and the BBC. Between 1600-1630 UTC the BBC was broadcasting it's usual
programming. But at the same time RCI broadcasted it's Quirks and Quarks
science program. Naturally a cochannel cabal ensued!
