[HCDX] Sun Outage for NHK World TV and NHK World Premium

Sun Outage for NHK World TV and NHK World Premium:
Due to the relative positions of the sun and the broadcasting satellite, 
from the end of February to the beginning of April, a temporary failure in 
audio and video transmission is possible for 1 to 15 minutes daily 
depending on the reception area. Reception will return to normal a few 
minutes after the failure. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and we 
thank you for your understanding.
